Answer: Absolutely, I do accept insurance. Currently, I am in-network with Medicaid/Husky, United Healthcare/Optum, and Cigna. For clients not using insurance, my cash pay fee is $125 per 50 minute session, with sliding scale options available based on financial need. Additionally, for cash pay clients, I can provide a superbill that can be submitted to your insurance for potential reimbursement.
Answer: I see clients via telehealth ONLY at this time. I am based in Connecticut and I am only permitted to practice in states where I hold a valid license. However, for those residing outside of Connecticut, I encourage you to explore my Life Coaching page. While life coaching does not provide clinical support, it can offer valuable assistance in navigating life transitions and achieving personal goals. Additionally, I may be able to provide referrals to qualified licensed professionals in your state who can offer the clinical support you need.
